Sweetheart – Her adoption date was 10/31/24. She is a beautiful chestnut mare with flaxen mane and tail. Her age is estimated to be around 12-15 years old. She is a super sweet and sensible girl who is ready to step right into our horsemanship lesson program. Sweetheart is always eager to please, and is more than happy to have her photo taken. She’s such a pretty girl!

Rockstar – He was adopted on 10/31/24. He is a cute gelding with an almost jet black coat. Based on his teeth, he looks to be around 4-5 years old. He is a quiet guy who tries hard to please. He is still young and in training, but has a very good mind and a lot of promise!

Shenanigans – He was adopted on 10/31/24. He is an adorable chestnut with a large white star on his forehead. Based on his teeth, he looks to be 3-4 years old. This little boy is hysterical, and always up to something. He is very inquisitive and brave. He is still in the very early stages of his training, but he is full of untapped potential!

Clover – This sweet gelding arrived at Care-A-Lot Farm on March 8, 2025. We believe he is around 11 years old. Its hard to tell with his furry winter coat, but he is a pale cream and white pinto who has a dorsal stripe down his back along with a dark head and knees. He might even be a silver or smokey grulla pinto. Needless to say, his coloring is very unique. He was formerly adopted from a local rescue and is currently owned by Ravenwood Farm who is kindly sharing him with us. We are very lucky to have him joining our program!

Snuggles – This fun-loving filly arrived at Care-A-Lot Farm on March 9, 2025. She was adopted from a local rescue by a close friend in 2024 as a yearling, and she has now come to join us on the farm where she will have the opportunity to make lots of new friends and further her training. We are so pleased to have her! *When she was first rescued in 2023 as a young foal, Snuggles had to receive emergency treatment at the Marion DuPont Scott Equine Medical Center for mild pneumonia and a growth plate infection.
